Kura Kura Resort

This place is magical, truly a paradise!! Here you can find total peace and relaxation. The whole place is very clean, the beach is pristine white and the color of the water is unbelievable. You have the coral reef just a few meters from the shore. The corals are still mostly alive with wonderful colors and you can see different types of colorful fishes. We felt really pampered in this place, the staff is super friendly and attentive, they serve you so well. The food is TOP!! You have several different choices in the menu, so you don't ever get bored, and it's all delicious. The villas are special. We loved the eco-friendly concept and design with mostly wood and stones. In the room you really have everything you need, there is nothing to complain about. We wish we could have stayed there for much longer. It's a place that stays in your heart.

We spent our honeymoon there for 5 nights in June and stayed in the beautiful Deluxe Seaview cottages! A resort immersed in unspoiled nature that takes your breath away. The cleanliness and care of all the environments are impeccable; not to mention the dining service: freshly prepared cuisine every day with fresh and quality products! The entire staff is discreet and also very courteous and available for any type of request. We highly recommend this corner of paradise if you are looking for a dream destination that allows you to relax and escape the chaos of daily life. "How can you explain the sea to someone who looks at it and sees only water?" 🥹❤️ We hope to return soon!!

Our experience on Kura Kura was from beginning to end outstanding! The friendliness and helpfulness of Sandro and the whole staff is genuine and heartfelt. The rooms, the gardens, the beaches and the restaurant are kept meticilously clean with a warm and natural atmosphere. The island is surrounded by a lagoon with beaches, equipped with plenty of sunbeds and natural shade. And then the food: After travelling through Indonesia for three weeks, we were positively overwhelmed by the incredible food options with many mediterranean (especially Italian) dishes. They of course also serve local dishes and let you chose from up to 6 starters, 6 main courses and 6 desserts that change daily. They make some of the best croissants and pastries we ever had - on an island in Indonesia! Incredible! We didn‘t go on any of the island/snorkeling excursions but went for three dives with Giovanna and Marco. The planning, logistics and rental equipment were flawless and like everything on Kura Kura free of stress or hurry. It was true bliss staying at Kura Kura and we sincerly thank the whole staff for an unforgettable experience! Grazie mille per tutto!
