This was my first stay at this hotel, and I was very impressed. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking area, but the staff provide valet service, which made everything easy and convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and everything tasted great. I’ve already decided that whenever I visit Solo again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel. Love, love, love it! ❤️ Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. I can’t wait to come back !

Overall a good stay with Aston Solo. My check-in and check-out process was handled by Mba Amanda, she really helpful and made my process really fast and seamless. I ordered their Sup Buntut, it taste amazing. My room service was handled by Mas Radit or Raditya if I'm not mistaken... He also do a proper and good job. The bathroom, their shower were running good. It's a good stay overall

Its location is strategic and easy to reach and close to malls. The staff is very friendly and helpful, from security officers, guest receptionists, and everything. The room was neat and clean with sufficient lighting and cool room temperature. A rich and varied breakfast menu, starting with local food, from the East to the West. The most remarkable of all is the officer who is keenly offering an anti-slip carpet for in the bathroom in the room for our mother who came with a wheelchair. Thank you Hotel Aston for always providing a pleasant experience when we stay in every hotel chain.
