Solo Paragon Hotel & Residence

Good things first: - Location! Connect directly to Solo Paragon Mall, one of the biggest mall in Solo - Parking is comfortable - Room was spacious, open type, partition with built in TV - Bath tub. always plus point. - Breakfast was great. taste and variation, all good for us. - Large lobby area with ample of tenants - Service was nice, staff was friendly. - Pool area and kids club. Not so good for me: - Internet wifi was quite on-off, in rooms and public areas - Room was old. definitely needs refreshment: paint, rust, stained sheets, carpets, sofa, etc. Aging factor was quite noticeable.

I stayed here for 3 nights in room 1023. and this is not the first time I have stayed here. already for the umpteenth time. I experienced very disappointing service on the 2nd day at the breakfast place. Actually, it was a trivial matter just ordering eggs, but after waiting 10 minutes, I was asked to wait another 10 minutes, without having a good attitude in this matter such as being polite and apologizing, but instead smiled in a relaxed response. I asked to see the manager but he was told he hadn't arrived yet. I went to the reception and was told they hadn't arrived yet. In the end, I told the story as best as I could without intending to change my mood in the morning. The phone finally came to the room and the response was less than satisfactory. what can I do, in the future I will reconsider staying here. There seems to be a change internally and in dealing with complaints that are not being served well. I am looking internally to provide input to the hotel. There is no complaint service available and it is only here for the review, can I just write it here?

We are surprised to know that executive room for 3 contain 2 separate rooms for sleep (Double and Single) and 2 bathrooms also living room. The hot water for bath really hot (very good). The room also very clean with complete amenities. The swimming pool is large and good for swimming.
