A four-star hotel that has been around for quite some time, now comes with new nuances. The exterior itself hasn't changed much, it still feels hommy. However, the interior of the room has been renovated to become more modern. The latest innovation is in recreational facilities that offer quite a variety of options, even open to the public. Special hotel guests, each room gets 2 free tickets for several games such as: mini coaster, carousel, etc. But other facilities pay. The hotel room is not so spacious that it should be considered when bringing teenagers. Standard breakfast menu and not so much choice. But for families with small children, this hotel can be a mistake.

I as a guest who stayed on October 10 and 11, 2024 was given room 209 which the room next to it was arranged so that there was a lot of dust and there were 3 repairmen all smoking outside. Then I protested being moved to room 225, the floor was also very dusty so I decided to go out swimming and asked for help to clean the room again rather than my family breathing in dust. After swimming, our family took a shower and then walked to Lippo Plaza. We all went to bed at 9 o'clock at the hotel, at 10 o'clock our noses were all blocked because of the dust.. we forced everyone to sleep. The next day I bought cough and cold medicine and medicine for my wife's severe vaginal discharge because of the dirty pool water. Enough once and the last time I slept at the flower club, a 4-star hotel but the service was very bad! Treating me, my wife and my child totaled almost IDR 800,000

Entered on June 16th and was greeted and couldn't check in... because it wasn't 3pm yet... then I stayed for a while and the suitcase I left in front wasn't delivered to the room even though it was already 4pm... until I came back to the receptionist twice before it was delivered .. The rooms are old fashioned with the same furnishings as when I came here 15 years ago..the dim lights are only yellow..the bathroom is dirty with broken ceramics... Then we used it to take the children to play at the theme park, and we decided to move hotels because we weren't happy with a room like that... 1.6 million/night for a family room didn't meet our expectations at all... This hotel needs major renovations for the rooms... the roads have lots of stairs... not just the theme park facilities...
