Hotel Istana Permata Ngagel

- lift is out of service then my room at 3rd floor my children and my family so tired must use a chair to the 3rd floor. - when i come in to bedroom remote tv and air conditioner is not available. - bath room is so dirty Bad experience in here

Stay away if you're needing a good nights rest. Mosquitos in dinning area and rooms, water from the shower floods the bed area, AC is just an expensive weak fan and the menu may look ok but it was limited to only Chinese foods, which was fine for us but why have a half decent size menu?

This is an old hotel but renovations are being done to improve. Nothing much about this hotel except the price. You can get a discount if you stay more than a day. The rooms on the 1st floor are a bit outdated. they have a very large "king sized bed which occupies the whole room leaving very little space to move around. the bathroom has a toilet bowl and a shower rose only. Towels are a bit old and stained. In the centre there is a swimming pool but i am not too sure if it is clean. breakfast is just bread and some local food. Come early or else you will get nothing. there is no refills after it is finished. Receptionist is helpful and always willing to help. For food you need head into the city for good food.
