Sahid Gunawangsa Hotel Surabaya

The hotel is very nice, I booked in a deluxe type but in a free upgrade, the room is clean, cold, the facilities are okay. I must stay here. I check in with the receptionist mbak nabillah, direct and provide information about the facilities of the hotel well, easy to understand. top

Feel warm from first check in about 9PM It’s good The room it self was simply outstanding, always clean and tidy I can relax there after busy day at work, but wifi connection unstable Overall, this hotel is comfy and most of staffs were helpful and nice

The worst check in process i ever had. Coming at 15.30 and the receptionist said room was not ready (2 rooms) (really 1.5 hour to make up room). Female receptionist ask me to wait 10 min, but then she ask me to wait another 15 min, i give her extra 5 min, so total 30 min room not ready yet, another 5 min only 1 room ready. Ask to meet duty manager, but the receptionist said, he is out for lunch without taking his phone then talk to receptionist name fians, to give me some solutions, he just laughing and not even see me when i speak, and he acting like nothing wrong. After i check the room, water heater is dirty, coaster looked they just reused the old one and its dirty, and only have 1 teaspoon for 3 cup of tea ( and the spoon have some stain) just check the photos. Ask again to meet the duty manager, i waiting in my room that dirty and smelly., Just no action from duty manager not even call me or meet me in the room. So far this the worst worst check in process i ever had
