The Square Apartment & Arcade

I live in bali and I stay in this hotel for 3 weeks, the room very clean and have a large space in deluxe room. All the staff very nice and friendly and quick response, especially Mrs. Nita, Mr. Octa and Mr. Messe they are a good leaders 👍🏻 there is no smoking room in this hotel but you can request to unlock the balcony door for smoking at the balcony. Nice city view from our room, the pool is clean and the breakfast is good 😊 I will back again to stay in this hotel when I comes to Surabaya 🥰❤️

This hotel is close to Petra where I taught so I found it very convenient. Many stores closeby making our lives very easy. The room is spacious and the water works fine. I found the staff very friendly and very helpful. But the room design is very silly. There is only one electric socket and that is under the table. Apparently it is put there to be close to refrigerator, instead of for the guest convenience. They provide water boiler but no electric socket to put it in. The other socket is way far there in the corner of the room. The breakfast is so so. You get bread, porridge, rice, noodle, tea, coffee. Just enough to fill your tummy. I found this hotel to have "Good resource, Poor skill". Everything is good but somehow some things sabotage the guest's experience. The impression is that this hotel is managed in mediocre way. What a shame

We reserved family suite with two bedroom thinking that the location is close to airport. Well, it is not too far so we can live with that but it was not a comfortable stay. Room was spacious however poorly prepared, lighting was not good at all. One light bulb was off, we called reception to have it fixed, nobody came. Breakfast food was horrible. They have a lot to improve. Will not stay there ever again.
