POP! Hotel Kemang Jakarta

im usually stay at sotis kemang, but i want to try this hotel. from long trip and i meed stay first before go home and we choose this hotel the building is good not like 3 star hotel, process chech in so fast and easy the front desk (i forget her name) very warm welcome even she inchre alone and when i ask about the system she know if im hotelier also. i love the view room from 819, but i give 3 staf review cause when im go down to lobby to go outside (in the morning) the staff incherge at buffet area (i didn’t know the name) she looked at me like im his enemy like what????(?)🤦🏻‍♀️ i don’t even know who she is hut why u look at ur guest like that? event accor or ur other company never treat guest like that. so please trining ur staff to be nice to guest. even she not greet me but at least don’t do so rude to ur gues. and event security he greet us so well than she🤷🏻‍♀️ we’ve stay at 819 ci 11 jan co 12 jan. very bad first experience to us

The hotel is good, clean, comfortable, the reception staff are friendly, but it seems like the hotel security here is a bit lacking, because when I just checked in there was no security in the parking area, until I left the hotel several times I didn't see anyone. And at night, because I was worried about my vehicle, I went down several times to check my vehicle and I didn't see any security. Is it true that there is no security at the hotel here???? But on the day I checked out there was security, if I'm not mistaken, his name was Mr. Hary. Because I was traumatized by my vehicle being lost, I was a little wary of my vehicle in the parking lot. Please improve security further Thank You

The room is okay, friendly staff. the only downside is the food and the shower pod. The food are not fresh, they serve poor quality papaya, poor quality coffee and salty soup. They realy need to work on this as people actualy pay for this, I left the hotel with empty stomach.
