This hotel at least has 2 stars. What I expect the room would be better than this. The room quite big (we took Hollywood Room which is the highest type) but it looks far from Hollywood style. I understand covid tume makes many hotel downgrade, but Amaris is one of the high class hotel brands. But I think the management didn’t do enough effort to being back the good times of this hotel. We had stay in this hotel 4 or 5 years ago and this hotel still in good, great condition even for 2 stars, the room was sophisticated. This the reason I come back, but this time, I got feeling of disgust to see the details of the room. It was so sad because the staff itself has 5 stars attitude and service. I saw bugs run in the bathroom, towel rack tumbling, bathroom door rotten, shower and sink get mold. One thing has 5 stars beside the staff was the complimentary mineral water. They still use the best one, even in the old rotten water dispenser outside the room. I’m sorry to say, but this is the last time we will stay. Better stay at the hotel next door.

such a great place to rest from a long day meeting. Peacefull place. And , there is any hot tea and coffe at night ! GOOD JOB ! I have been 3 days in there, and nothing dissapoint me. The bathroom is clean . Thats all !
