It was quite different from the website, the place is rather dark and looks dirty. When I did he check in the staff is not attentive as if I disturbed their facebook time as shown from the reception counter computer. The breakfast total poor, I no need to have big breakfast as long as the quality is great but it wasn't. They only offer Indonesian breakfast but frankly they need to change their cook, it was the worst Indonesian food I have ever eat

Planning to stay here for another 3 nights... But checked out, immedeately THE morning after! We checked in around 11 PM. FO officer was rude, unfriendly and defenitely not service minded! THE room we get on THE 5th floor was very smelly.. Smoke/tiger ballms or whatsoever... It was not clean either. When we tried to get another room, they said it Will be fully booked after midnight?!? But not at that moment!!!! Anyway, we could not have another room. Only WI FI possible in their restaurant or THE lobby, which was full with mosquito's. They asked around 600.000 IDR for THE room, which is not much for THE location, but room- wise, way too much! We did not even want to trutje breakfast anymore and checked out immedeately... To get into our room About 300m from Wisma Maluku... In THE Kempinsky... Which was on all fronts 360 degrees better! If you are travelling on à tight budget, you could consider Wisma Maluku, if not.. Stay away from this building!

Wisma Maluku, I stayed here for 3 nts. I' d like it very much especially because of the, for me, perfect location. Right in front of one of the newest 'high end' malls what JKT counts, named Grand Indonesia and next to Plaza Indonesia another mall in that range. And Jln. Sudirman only 5 min. walk away. Cabs very easy to catch just in front of the hotel and if you prefer the Trans Jakarta (busway) also only 5 min. walk away.. Overall I found the rooms spacious with all the comfort you need, and nothing you might use! Another important thing was that everything either the rooms or the public areas were very clean. Only the breakfast which was included in the room rate was very poor.. because it was more focused on the Asian/Indonesia market. But no big deal for me, just go outside and you can get whatever you want to eat/drink or whatsoever! I used to go to other kind of hotels like JW Marriott, Shangri-La, Westin etc. but location-wise I can highly recommend this hotel. Will surely come back again!
