LeGreen Suite Tondano

It was really bad that on the day of the day I contacted the Le Green Central WA number at 2 pm saying that I was late, CI could be late at night but there was no response. And finally when I arrived at the hotel there were no rooms, aka they were full, even though I had booked H-1 via OTA. It's very strange to be told that if my booking isn't clear on OTA, my ticket has already been issued. And I'm sure my room was sold because I was a late CI. The situation is that almost all hotels in the Benhil area are fully booked and even though there are around 2 million/night. I booked because tomorrow morning I have to go and have a meeting early in the morning. You can imagine coming home from work tired, hoping to get a quick rest and go back to work tomorrow but it's all gone. Reception offered to move property to Kuningan at will. Why do I go to Kuningan if I have a meeting in Benhil and my vehicle has an even number, so I booked one close to the meeting location. Then offered a refund, damn I didn't need a refund, he gave me the room I had booked. And even if you want a refund, give me a room in a hotel in the Benhil area. They can't give you that. They refunded my booking fee of 500k for hotels around, only 1 hotel remaining priced at 2 million. I've been blown away, I've only been refunded my booking fee and there's no compensation, this has wasted my time and I can't go home because it's already late and tomorrow I have to go to work in the morning, there's a problem with gage. What's worse is that the hotel has no responsibility. The receptionist who was in charge panicked, I was sure my room was being sold to someone else.

Me and my daughter stay in the place for 2 days since its near from GBK where the championship held. At day 1 we got a room a back corner near the stairs. 4G not working inside the room, TV not working, AC slow, hot water not available, many stains and cupboard not proper. I even asked my daughter to pray on the bed, since i feel the floor not clean. Toilet water tanks run can not stop :( 2nd day i asked to move to other room. Still no hot water, AC really slow. But TV and 4G signal quite better. The room has stains in the curtains. Some guesses make bad noise when they came in the middle of the night :( Suppose not try this place when you bring babies.

Spent 4 nights in this hotel & Love it. Location is Great. Staff is Friendly, Double Deluxe Room is spacious. Beautiful interior in the room. Wifi is available in each floor. Nice rooftop for enjoying your breakfast. So easily to go around anywhere. Near by there is Indomart opened 24 hours to buy anything you need. The only downside is that they need to pay more attention on the cleanliness of the kitchen and the bathroom's washbasin ;) Overall, this could be one of the best places to stay in Jakarta for Budget Traveller ;)
