Grand Sirao Hotel

It is glad to stay here..we got upgraded room from standard to superior room..hope to stay here again. BUT one thing..we also hope more variety in breakfast menu...thanks for the pleasant stay here in Medan

I stayed a night in a standard room, the room is small and windowless, the wifi connection is good connection inside the room. However the location is out of tourists area, breakfast was late. The hotel provides an expensive airport transfer at Rp150000 per pax..

I stayed in this hotel for 2days. I think it's nice hotel only if u plan to stay at night for sleeping, no much facility in this hotel. It's fair enough with the price you pay, the basic room is only for IDR 200,000. The room is clean, but the floor gets slippery when u just get out of bathroom. The bathroom is just enough, it seems like it's not used to for a while though, you may know it from the smell, good thing the water and the water heater run well. Breakfast is free, yet it'll take time to get it served since it's served to you personally based on the menu they set that day, so no choice to make. The staffs are welcoming and helping, especially the receptionist.
