Holiday Inn Resort Batam

This property location quite far from airport. I notice that it have vintage family resort atmosphere, I don’t know if they plan to renovate it or not because it need to be renovate anyway. For the rooms I would say Ok but outdated but service and amenities are good. Regarding the noise, you still can hear people talking outside clearly and my concern with the cleanliness and food because of the table clothes quite dirty and have a dust. Overall with average price 60 SGD perday it still worth the value.

Amazing hospitality and spa treatment. Staff is very much hospitable and smiling always. Great energy and vibes.

Been to this resort twice. I had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Resort Batam and will definitely be coming back again and again! The accommodation was excellent—our room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The resort itself has a relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a holiday. What impressed me the most was the outstanding service from all the staffs. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. They were friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. One of the highlights of our trip was watching the FIFA World Cup match between Portugal and Spain together with some of the resort staff at the sport lounge at 2am. It was such a fun and memorable experience, sharing the excitement of the game with everyone. It made our stay feel even more special and created wonderful memories. Thank you to the entire team at Holiday Inn Resort Batam for your excellent hospitality. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Batam, and I can’t wait to return again and again!
