Godes Hotel

I wish to share my bad experience i had upon checking in on friday 24 Jan. My reservation was cancelled by Godes hotel itself and the staff was irresponsible by blaming agoda, a platform i used to make the booking.As such i had to find another accomodation and its was so frustrating. Later in the afternoon the hotel sent me an apology email saying there was some technical issues in their system which i totally cant accept . Pls think twice if u wish to stay here coz if u encounter any peoblem no one can help u except yourself

Went over to the hotel (booked via booking.com) which we reserved 10 rooms for 23 pax. They couldn’t find the booking and in the end, all of us have to take the last ferry back to Singapore because we have no where to stay Avoid this hotel and anything acquired by reddoorz.

Went to stay from 9 to 11 August 2019. Our reservations cannot b located. Our request for all rooms on same floor not being looked at eventhough bookings were made 2 months before. Staffs were not helpful. Breakfast very basic so dont expect more Overall experience 😝😝😝😝😝
