Grand Palace Hotel

This Hotel is located close to Kampung Bule but this is the only plus for this place..no hot water..credit card facilities are not reliable ...windows can not be locked..towels are worn out...lamps...

Seem nice hotel by the first look, then when you come in to hotel, you will see unprofessional reception with unpleasant manner, but the office boy was so nice and he try to do best when the AC...

Average stay..reception staff was rude, did not provide any information. For everything they were ready to arrange a taxi, and nothing else. Location is good though, near the nagoya mall. Ample rooms...
