I Hotel Batam

I’ve been a loyal guest for years, yet during my 4-day stay with my family, the front desk made me feel like a complete stranger. When I raised a simple housekeeping issue, the agent immediately deflected, blaming the housekeeping instead of offering a solution. There is clearly zero ERM system in place, no welcome back, no acknowledgment of my stay history, and no interest in my preferences. To top it off, the breakfast front desk staff refused a minor substitution for my child to sit in and dismissively told me to 'pay extra.' Four days of being passed around like a hot potato with zero accountability.

Downtown, easy to go to the mall and find food. Location also cleared a lot of trees. The room is okay.

Nice holiday stay but the bathroom facilities aren’t good The water from the shower spills onto the dry area and the place is flooded This is very dangerous as the wet floor can make the guests slip and fall What if the fall is so bad that the guests suffer bone breakage ? We frequent this hotel when we go to Batam. Our favourite accommodation But if this carries on we may have to look for a safer hotel
