Indra Maya

Very nice villas with friendly staff. During weekdays it's very quiet and you can enjoy breakfast almost alone. The area is big, but a buggy is included. A 'la carte breakfast is definitely a better choice in this hotel.

I'm writing this review of my own accord, having stayed in Indra Maya 3 times with my family, and each time it has gotten better! This time, my first booking had to be abandoned because my child caught H1N1 the day before his birthday. I had arranged in advance for decorations to be in the villa but had to cancel. Upon notifying the hotel, they ignored the cancellation policy and waived the first night fee automatically which is very gracious of them Two days later he was negative and we decided to rebook and go last minute. Much to my surprise, upon arrival, most of the staff from the driver at the terminal, to the receptionist checked in on my son and his health. Also they had redecorated another villa for his belated party, without any prompting. I think this level of service and attention which started at an administrative level ( Bookings done by Ms Biah and Meliana) that transcended to the service staff in the Deli Cafe, Kids Club, Porters, Drivers and the housekeeping staff which entertained my kids with towel animals all came from the heart, and it could definately be felt. To the managment - all the staff that served Tortise C from 9-12 Sept 2025 went above and beyond. Thank you.

We visited Indra Maya Pool Villa end of May for one week. He had a great stay there and enjoyed our time. The Villas were spacious, comfortable and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed excelent food especially the indian Spice Restaurant and the Keelong seafood Restaurant. To finish the day at Calypso floating bar before doing a night swim in the pool was a great experience. We will come back again for sure.
