Grand Central Hotel Pekanbaru

Yesterday's wedding ended with free massage, the service was good, the therapist's sister Nina pinjitannya mantap, the new ballroom nyaa, and still a lot of other free services, but the mantap ❤️❤️

Cappuccino sleeping in the grand central pku, dirty pillow gloves, gorden blong, a socket between the dip and the bedroom is not installed on the grounds “it wants to be replaced tpi has not arrived, and for the reason sampe checkout is still not there because no one is cleaned” even from the check-in sampe 11 pm there is no bathing equipment (soap and shampoo). Of all the complaints submitted by the early check-in sampe checkout there is no solution at all. Even worse is the contact with the Front Office (Recepsionist) at 7:30 p.m. that he was told to wait for them to contact HK (HouseKeeping), until 9 p.m. our phone calls to the FO 3 times did not lift at all.

Vacationing with besti overslept at Swissbell. Because the strategic location is close to the mall and check-in is also on time. The rooms are clean and the service provided is also good. With lots of delicious food choices at breakfast. The swimming pool and area are also clean, the view is nice. I was also offered membership at the Swissbell hotel. Thank you Mas Dion and friends for the service provided during your stay
