Hotel Jakarta

I hardly give a dissatisfaction comment. but this hotel truly deserve a major lesson of hospitality and customer service. The staff is not responsive to complain, they only made your bed but not cleaning the floor, one of the room we booked have no light (even when we complain) housekeeping section is just terrible. SECURITY is just bad! Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in this place unless you have no other option at all.

I stay at this hotel frequently, until they recognize me as a member, but not like the member you know as usual, which has several benefit, they just recognize me, not more. Since then, the services getting worst, i'm not suggesting you to proved my statement, i just want to tell you that... is your own risk if you decide to stay there and you will find my statement are true ...

I got information about this hotel in the flight magazine during my flight from jakarta to makassar. At that moment, this is a new hotel so the room facility is quite simple for money you paid. No freezer, no table, no dress board and also no carpet on the floor. Lobby hotels is comfortable equipped with wifi facility, restaurant quite noisy and smoked cause no special room for smoker.
