A bad experience for me during my stay at the hotel, to his bellboy staff who were less responsive to guests, when I carried three suitcases no one offered help no one who opened his door too

The only advantages of this hotel are the spacious rooms and large swimming pool, the rest is disappointing, the breakfast menu variations are few, at 09.30 the menu is 90% finished, and it takes a long time to refill, even though breakfast closes at 10.30, there are 3 lifts, 2 guests and 1 employee , but ended up with only 1 guest elevator, so employees and guests fought over it, and of course the employees all gave in. The healthy club staff were gone before 6 o'clock, the lights in the gym area were all off, the gym equipment wasn't working, the drinking water ran out, said the spa staff there told me that the healthy club staff were taking a break, it's really a shame, the department manager I couldn't manage the shift schedule, so I left the area empty without supervision, only relying on CCTV perhaps. My suggestion is that it's better to just change the operational hours to close earlier

Beston is a fairly good hotel which has an ample reception area, whose decoration was at this moment in time totally dedicated to the New Chinese year. The twin bedroom we were given was not too big, yet comfortable. The rotating curtain in the bathroom was not too practical though being a separate room from the washbasin area, proved to be quite convenient. Its 4th floor breakfast room provided a much bigger choice for the local tourists than any western guests. All in all it was worth the stay.
