My family and I stayed at the Aston Tropicana over the weekend, and we had a truly wonderful experience! The hotel's location is strategic, close to Cihampelas Walk and various dining options. It's perfect for a staycation or short getaway. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. The facilities are complete, from the swimming pool and gym to the varied and delicious breakfast—a wide selection of local and international dishes. The most impressive aspect was the service from the hotel staff. Everyone was friendly, responsive, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to the front office staff, ms. Lea who were very professional and polite. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the Cihampelas area. I will definitely return if I ever visit Bandung!

Good hotel service, friendly and full help from his GM Mr. yaya S Moechtar was very attentive to his guests. Staff Front Office, van, fahda and mr. Sandi was very friendly and help full, and most all staff were very friendly. The facilities offered by the hotel are as good as the food in the breakfast is complete and the lemongrass restaurant is clean. Great for a hotel choice if you want to stay in a campsite.
