Rental apt 4KT Palermo, managed by "you're at", price 4.5jt/night, 28-29 June 2025. Apt has been aged with poor facilities, starting from the parking area, the check-in process that is self-imposed, the guests who work, without being welcomed and assisted by the manager, which is just a nice commission without a little work. I give point2 objectively and you bs assess after that: 1. The parking area is awful, let alone bring a big SUV, be careful if you don't want to have a narrow parking lot. And hrs in B3, because only guests, who should be respected by the residents, because the residents/owners that rent to the guests. 2. Check-in process, guest hrs to B1, from B3, keep going back Ig pick up suitcases etc, take the elevator upstairs. Look for a mailbox 1701 hrs spending 10-20 minutes on random positions. Open the box if the key is broken, and it's not smooth when it's opened. BAD! 3. The unit sdh old and not maintain well, just clean the jd point more. So a lot sdh lap. Very uncomfortable! 4. The balcony sliding door could be ripped off the railroad, and almost damaged the children and the elderly sitting nearby. This is very dangerous, it can be stunned if you don't notice it immediately. And there's no action. Dr. Managing is just chatting. 5. It's black, there's no white, so it's disgusting when used. 6. Shower bath damaged his grip, shg shower position not bs upright/in set as desired, but hrs hand. He said he was checked before checking in, but the fact is that the facilities were not checked at all. 7. The shower has no curtain, so the water cipratan wet the bathroom area and smoothed it. HATI2, specifically for children & parents. PARAHH!! Conclusion: DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED! The price is expensive, but the service and facilities are destroyed!!!!

Children playground was enough with amazing staff, surprisingly good service, food is delicious, room are very clean, comfy room for a family, nice pool, will definitely be back at this hotel in the future.

I love the room, I love the pool, but not for the food, I expect more then they served, but I didnt say that it was bad, it was just so so. May be I will come back but for the room without breakfast :)
