Jadul Village Resort and Spa

Hotel staffs are nice and friendly, they even let us know at the end when we about to leave the hotel that we left some stuff. The gebyok is super nice, and super HUGE bedroom, the staff told us that the owner actually collected all the antique stuff by him/herself for the buildings. It was a very nice stay , Buuuuuut... during the night it can be a little creepy for some people,.but in the other hand, could be enjoyable for some people. The only thing they need to improve is the lighting intensity ( the bulb for the spotlight that shot the statue inside my bathroom was off so it feel a little creepy during the night ) and provide more hairdryer pleaseee :)

In most cases where we stayed with a traditional style it never made an impression. This Jadul however did make a special impression: cottages were very clean: maintenance was ok (like shower or toilet): positioning ok: tranquility was around the corner: the ONLY thing that needs improvement - the breakfast!! Increase the quality level then I will be back for sure

Yes. This happened to us when our room was cleaned by two cleaning ladies of the resort. We filed a complaint to the management of the hotel, only to receive insufficient response from them and they even indicated that we fabricated the story. Terrible experience!
