My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights, booking two rooms. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a great variety of choices, and the F&B and culinary team did an outstanding job with both the quality of the food and their service. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved The balcony is extremely small, the washroom basin pipe makes noticeable noise at night, and the shower water pressure was extremely low. As a suggestion, it would be a nice local touch to replace the welcome macarons with traditional local Sundanese sweets accompanied by a handwritten welcome note. The poolside atmosphere could also be enhanced by organising activities such as Zumba sessions or offering complimentary treats like popsicles. Lastly, associates in the public areas could be more proactive in greeting guests to create a warmer and more welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality.
