Villa 3 bed room - wifi can't connect, all day thetering from the hp so can watch - There's a TV but there's no channel to watch. - No drinking water, want gallons of water have to buy yourself in the mini market outside the hotel/villa - There's a kitchen but no stove, water dispenser, rice cooker - No stitches, legs, lap Renting a villa feels like a house. Everyone has to take it from home. Really bad experience, rental price is not comparable with very minimal facilities This is my first and last time to stay

The location is very nice for people who love tranquility and fresh air. But the facility is bit ruin down, the door in our bath room can not be closed anymore, the wall of the bathroom is started mold. The WC leak. Etc. sleeping quality is good but the sheet in our room is bit dusty. It’s such a pity for the hotel with nice location like this, i understand the competition is higher but to sacrifice the facility is bit too much. The internet in 2nd floor is not working as well so we can not check / book our tickets. The breakfast is bit sad, we choose American breakfast but seem the butter is either too old or not stored in fridge. In the night the locals hit the electric pole each our till 4 am is bit heavy for hard sleeper like me.

This is our first time visit this villa with our big family. We order for 2 villas with 3 bedrooms. Really cozy and clean. The Staff are really nice and helpfull. Quick action when we ask for something. Their receptionist are really helpfull. The food tastes good, but the variety at breakfast is not too much. My favorite in room service are “nasi timbel” and “ayam betutu”. They have big area so that we can played badminton, they also provide an area to feed rabbits. The weakness point of this villa are the bed linen is not too clean in my room. The pool is not clean enough.. but overall it was quite pleasant staying in this villa. Even my daughter wants to come back again
