Everything was great except the hot water for showering, it’s not hot enough

Guest Relationship: Jessica. Comfort & cleanliness The experience staying in this room is quite comfortable. The bed and the bathroom were very clean, neat, and safe. However, there are few notes for the hotel: there were a few mosquitoes entering the room (although there were not many) and there was one fly from somewhere. Despite the small insect disturbances, the overall condition of the room is very good. ​Quality Breakfast The breakfast experience here is satisfying. Overall, the taste is delicious and the quality is already in line with the standard of hotel dishes in general. ​Employee Service All staff are very friendly and consistently apply the 3S principle (Smile, Sapa, Salam) to guests. Their attitude and level of politeness overall is very good, making the guests feel very appreciated. ​Conclusion: Bentani Permai Hotel offers clean accommodation with friendly staff and standard-appropriate breakfast. It would be more perfect if the hotel could slightly increase control so that insects don't get into the room area easily.
