PESONA ALAM RESORT AND SPA PUNCAK

One of the best hotel for your honeymoon. I booked with their sales Mr Rully and his response very good. Upon check in the front office have a good hospitality. The room and view was amazing. Our breakfast upgrade to The Botanica Sanctuary and the staff very friendly. Breakfast also good. Thank you for Pesona Alam Resort and Spa for the hospitality.

Amazing place and amazing people who’s working there very friendly and helpful, I would like to thanks all front office team and HK and F&B they really made my da, I was very confused because it was my wife birthday and I didn’t know what should I do for he, but when I just informed the hotel team they help me with arrange a small cake and they write a nice message in the mirror for her, it’s very small and simple things, but it’s keeps an amazing memory for us, thank you so so much 🙏💕
