The worst experience ever. Stayed one night in this hotel alone and locked in the bathroom for almost an hour. The bathroom door is completely damaged, cannot be opened from the inside or the outside. I was screaming for help, yelling for help to a sore throat, but not one staff came. This is a serious safety issue. Imagine if something worse happened. Finally had to destroy the ventilation on the door of the bathroom using the trash just to get out. Luckily the body is small, so it can still penetrate through that ventilation. If you don't, I don't know what's gonna happen. After the direct exit call the receptionist!! I was terrified, shaking, and traumatized. If you check out and move to a hotel, there's no energy to get angry or complain. This hotel is NOT SAFE AT ALL, especially for solo travelers. Zero safety control Seriously traumatizing experience. Never again.

Very nice staff, a cool cafe on the ground floor, there is a 24-hour reception, we arrived at 3 am and they checked us in! There is a veranda on the street) the room itself was clean and pleasant: there is everything that is stated in the hotel description. There is no refrigerator or safe, but in general we were told that valuables could be left in the room and everything was fine! Cleaning was carried out daily, water and towels were renewed. There weren't enough hangers in the closet. I recommend!

better stay on the other part of the street.minibar is available in room.room was clean. amneties were basic.ni kettle in room.no iron.we need to have it done in the housekeeping room at the most top level of the hotel.no iron for share among the guests. the location was a bit isolated.the driver always missed the location.if i would come back to Jakarta again i will stay in another hotel.
