Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta

Exceptional service by every single member of the staff. Great location in central Jakarta with easy access to the MRT and restaurants walking distance and in neighboring malls such as Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia.

We had another smooth and enjoyable stay at Kempinski. As a returning guest who has stayed at the hotel several times, I continue to appreciate the high standard of the property and the consistently comfortable experience. The location is fantastic, with convenient access to shopping, dining, and the surrounding area. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and our stay was comfortable from arrival to departure. As a GHA DISCOVERY Titanium member, I also appreciate the recognition and benefits associated with the programme. The only disappointment was the lack of recognition for the special occasion we were celebrating. It was a birthday stay, and unfortunately the hotel missed an opportunity to make the occasion more memorable. As a Titanium member and returning guest with several previous stays, I had hoped for a small personal gesture to mark the birthday. Even something simple, such as a small cake, card, or thoughtful birthday amenity, would have created a special moment and made a lasting impression. There were also several hiccups with the suite during my stay, which I had never experienced before but were promptly sorted by the on-duty Lady-In-Red. The suite was remarkable, and I truly enjoyed the stay, Overall, we still had a positive and comfortable stay. Kempinski continues to impress with its excellent location, cleanliness, and quality. I hope greater attention to special occasions and returning guests will make future stays even more memorable.

I was on a business trip with a 2 day connection through Jakarta so I stayed here to have a chance to visit the city. Everyone at the hotel was super helpful in arranging early check-in so I could rest, helping with transportation and making sure I was comfortable. Rooms are large and clean and the location, attached to Grand Indonesia mall, and central in the city, was very convenient. With all the extra amenities and comfort, the cost was reasonable for everything I received. Staff were all welcoming and friendly.
