Laguna Gili Beach Resort

On the main street, and a few meters from the premises with music, but, right point not to be in chaos, large and spacious rooms, clean and fragrant sheets and towels in the room, great food and quality price, beach equipped with towels, great location also regarding the sea, possibility to see in front of the hotel the turtles and the coral reef, even at low tide the sea is not very shallow while a little further on retreats a lot with coral outcropping

Disaster sums up this Inn. I will explain and argue: 1. Several weeks before my arrival and even 48 hours before I validate with the Pension my pickup horse at the port gili T., everything had to be ok but not anyone. First negative. Inn response. We apologize. 2. I arrive in the room: smell of old bathroom sewers, refreshed to do everywhere, aging paint. Lock of the old room, a real ordeal on a daily basis. Dirty towel, they change them with excuses. Second negative. 3. No TV in the room, despite what's on the Inn's website. Third negative. 4. Unmaintained dirty pool. Fourth negative. 5. The air conditioning is old and not maintained: we caught conjunctivitis, nice. Fifth negative. 6. Laundry and ironing. I ask as their website says, if it is possible to wash me 2 clothes and iron them: no they do not have this service. 6th negative. 7. Located 100m from the local mosque: 5 prayer songs per day from 4:30 in the morning until 22:00: good luck to you for sleep. 8. Hot water: arrived on a Monday, I only had hot water in the shower on Wednesday despite my regular morning and evening boosts. 8th negative. 9. The only plus: the perfect bedding. The Pension is bad for its absent or unachievable services and its obvious dilapidation. All they know is how to apologize without finding real solutions. The excuse = the weakness of men. I would never advise him even to my worst enemy. At the same Award you have decent hotels see very good on Gili T. Farewell Laguna

Very nice Resort, well organized, cozy and clean. Breakfast and dinner very good. Beachfront location with the possibility of using some sunbeds, although not many. The only flaw: the call of the Muezzin of the nearby mosque five times a day (especially in the early morning) not very pleasant... They also arranged a pleasant snorkeling excursion to Gili Meno to see seabed and turtles!
