Warning, be very vigilant. Never leave valuables in your room. During our stay, our AirPods disappeared. We immediately reported the incident to the front desk and requested that the matter be forwarded to management. To our great surprise, our request was denied. Despite several requests, no one agreed to escalate our complaint or provide us with the management's contact information. We had the feeling that the goal was more to close the file than to seek a solution. The manager simply indicated to us that he could do nothing for us. It was also indicated to us that the hotel did not have any insurance to cover this type of situation, which strongly surprised us. We are sharing this experience to invite future travelers to exercise the greatest vigilance and not to leave any valuables in their room.

Very disappointed and will never stay here again. 1. The service since at the hotel reception at the check-in time was very bad, the staff did not respond with kindness, tended to nyolot. 2. When we checked in and entered the room, we immediately saw a very thick dust on the headboard (top of the bed) and when we asked the housekeeping to clean it, the staff said, "Yah, the night does look like the dust of it." 3. The same staff (who helped clean the room right after check-in) entered the room and cleaned the headboard without removing his legs. His position is in the room and there's me in it. 4. The hotel room is very dusty and dirty, all sides from the bed to the toilet, a lot of spider nests. There's blood stains on the pillow gloves. Lots of hair in the spray and there's even a spider on the bed. 5. On the first night I stayed (booking two nights), the hotel was completely out of light, and there was no handling or clear information for hotel guests. The length of the light is from 11am to 3am. Very disturbing guest rest time and during it there is no clarity just asked to wait.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the center of Mataram, allowing an easy way of exploring the city. There’s plenty of things you can do and lots of amazing restaurants & food options. Big rooms, comfortable beds, warm water, good wi fi, a big pool and big gardens.
