My experience at Lombok Plaza Hotel was very disappointing, especially from the service and quality of the food. The omelet order never arrived despite having waited more than 30 minutes and made a confirmation directly to the staff. It shows a lack of coordination and professionalism in the kitchen. Food quality is also far from the standard. Poor flavor and execution—such as a flour-dominated fried chicken rather than a chicken—indicates a lack of good quality control. This clearly leads to wasting food costs and lowering the overall guest experience. There needs to be a serious evaluation from management, especially in terms of staff training and quality control of F&B.

Good and nice meeting room for event or other activities.. nice and friendly service. Location in center of mataram city (cakranegara) which is easy to reach other services in mataram like food, restaurant, craft, mall and other services.

Nice place and close the the shopping center area, walking distance to meru temple and mayura floating pavilion, close to Mataram city center, islamic center and epicentrum mall, distance to Senggigi only 10 minuts and 45 hrs drive to Mandalika circuit
