We particularly loved our young server Kadek. He was smiling all the time and very attentive. He does his work with a lot of motivation, it's nice to see. The holiday resort hotel has unbeatable value for money in our opinion, and that's why this is our 2nd year, with all our children this time. Congratulations to the whole team

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, especially the Pool Bar and Cabana team, including Swarta and Sweta. Everyone made us feel truly comfortable and well taken care of. The food was delicious, the hotel was clean, and the overall service was excellent. A special thank you to Mr. Rahim, the housekeeper, and Wana, who beautifully decorated the room for my child’s birthday. The decoration was absolutely perfect and made the celebration even more special. We truly appreciated the effort and attention to detail. I would also like to mention the General Manager, who was very friendly, humble, and approachable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.
