Booked this hotel for one night. Checked in- no problem. Staffs were nice. Got in the room tried to connect to wifi with password on the table but unsuccessful. Unable to call as the phone line disconnected. No other choice than to see the receptionist in person and investigate about the wifi login. Apparently Password listed in the room was not updated. To get wifi u have to sit outside in the balcony with mosquitos. No chance to get wifi at all inside the room. The room was spacious but old and dirty. So many maintenance need to be done. Loose tap in the toilet, leaking shower hose and no pressure, dirty mirror in the toilet, shampoo was not provided, the curtain was broken.. on top of it, the price of the hotel doesnt reflect the service being offered. Avoid it if you can.

The atmosphere & surroundings were really peaceful, quite, windy & cold. If you can’t stand cold, be sure to bring your jacket or sweater cause the weather is super cold especially during morning & night. The food during breakfast was simple such as fried rice, noodles, donuts, coffee & tea but it was REALLY delicious. The room was amazing; spacious, clean, comfortable. The staffs were super friendly, all smiles & helpful. Thank you for a pleasant treat! Love, from Malaysia 🇲🇾👍🏻💗

What I loved the most about this hotel is the view. You can see the sun rises above bukittinggi city which sorrounded by Mt. Marapi and Mt. Singgalang. Those two mountains look so great from this hotel. Don’t forget enjoying the view from their tower. About their room, fortunately we got the big room with living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedroom. I don’t know the type of the room, I can’t find it in any travel website. The room quite nice with no air conditioner because Bukittinggi is cool enough. But the bathroom a bit dirty.
