My stay at the Imperial Hotel was only for one night and out of necessity rather than leisure, but I genuinely appreciated the atmosphere and character of the property. It is a true old-fashioned hotel, something that is becoming increasingly rare to find, and I am very grateful for the experience.
My room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a difficult day.
The customer service was excellent throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Gerardine at reception, who is an outstanding representative of the hotel. She was warm, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived.
The bar could be improved in a few areas, but overall I had a very pleasant experience. Although I was in Cork for surgery, the welcoming atmosphere of the Imperial helped make what could have been a stressful visit much more comfortable. Thank you.
