Trident Hotel

The Trident Hotel is a beautiful place. Upon arrival, we were notified we had been upgraded to a junior suite, which was a wonderful surprise. The rooms are very classy and air-conditioned, which was a bonus on a hot day. The staff is top-notch. Everybody we interacted with was helpful and nice. Everything was clean, and the shower was amazing. We ate somewhere in town but popped into the restaurant for a drink on the way back to the room, and the place was hopping. They have a sister hotel, The Acton, down the street, which has a gym, pool, sauna, etc. We were only in town for one night so we didn't get a chance to check that out, but nice to know it's available. Would absolutely stay here again if we make it back to Kinsale. The trip to Charles Fort was fun and informative as we headed out of town.

Stayed with a friend overnight for my birthday. As soon as we opened the door into the room, we were wowed by the harbour view. Decor was luxurious and room immaculately clean. Breakfast was fantastic, even for a vegetarian like myself. Waiting staff were great and nothing too much trouble. Can't wait to return.
