The hotel is nice inside and the rooms were great. The only thing was if the last part of the room number was over 60 you can’t go in the elevator at reception it is a journey round long corridors and up and down 2 different elevators to get there. Seen some people complaining about noise outside but it has an excellent location right on O’connell street which is obviously going to come with the busy noise when it’s so central. The food in the restaurant for dinner was alright nothing to write home about but the breakfast food was great. The beds were not the comfiest but rooms were still very nice

overall, a very good spot very disappointed in the service at the bar and the bistro restaurant six was excellent. I don’t understand why they don’t clear your plates in the bistro. They don’t ask if you ever want another drink and five staff looking at us while the soccer game is on and I get it everybody’s interested but nobody ever came to clear tables and it was not busy. It was only three or four groups at the bistro. Other than that service at the front desk is awesome. They went out of the way to help us bring your bags in as there’s no parking.

It is a nice hotel very well located in the center of Dublin and with good communication to the airport. Our biggest inconvenience was the noise since our room faced the back and we were awakened at 6 in the morning by the noise of the linen delivery trucks and the voices of the workers. I thought we would avoid the noise from the main street (since the hotel is at the entrance of the city and it is a very busy avenue with people, cars, and buses) but it could still be heard. Next year we plan to return but we will look for another quieter hotel.
