Very disappointed was going to a match in aviva rang hotel night before asked about parking told them I was going to a match they said parking was open to public asked if I could book it they said no first come first served so I arrived with plenty of time gaye was closed so I rang reception they told me it's residents only today so I ended up looking for parking not knowing dublin at all got some eventually but ended late to match with 13 year old some bit disappointed

Excellent hotel. We arrived earlier than 4pm and received our room upon arrival. Very clean! The room was quiet. Air conditioner worked great. Bathroom has a walk in shower. Breakfast was also wonderful. Yes we stayed because our tour begins from here but we would stay again. It’s about 30 min walk to downtown but it’s an easy walk! Great help from Joyce!

Expected more from a hotel like this, at this cost level. Stayed before and after a bus tour, which seems to be the bread and butter clientele of this hotel. I would suggest the tour companies reconsider the hotel you use in Dublin. Our room before the tour was exactly 1 floor above room we got after the tour (4th vs 3rd floor), exactly the same size but with a world of difference. We ended up with 2 twin beds afterwards, and no AC at all. No temp control anywhere. They provided a fan! When we went down to complain, asking to change room, we were told that twin bed rooms do not get AC, but double bed rooms do...??? Discrimination! This is totally unfair, and there is no mention of this kind of policy online. Never staying here again. They offered to change us for one night, to a double room with AC, but then we would have to move back to a twin room without AC because they were full. We made our reservation months ago. Terrible policy. No ice machines handy. Food at breakfast buffet is ok, but it is exactly the same day after day. Very boring. Won't be staying here again.
