Stunning hotel from start to finish,arrived earlier than check in time and was promptly seen too,just me and my son staying and he quickly got into conversation with the receptionist Victoria to at which point she told him he got at upgrade from a room to a suite,(he fell in love with the pillows) for a 12 year old he was buzzing,Victoria aka (the butcher) made his day, from a suite to watching Manchester utd for the first time,the whole hotel experience topped off the whole day.

Vicky and Johanny took great care of us, the best receptionists, very, very good service, super friendly and always available to help and assist the guest with everything necessary, give them a raise because they deserve it. My partner and I are super happy since we came from Seville and wanted to enjoy this experience in a hotel, and what better way than by staying at "The Address Connolly". The beds were super comfortable and the room was super cozy, with splendid room service that was always clean and tidy, and the buffet breakfast was free and varied with typical Irish food.

Everything was really ok (location, rooms, cleanliness, ...), but what made the difference it's been the staff: Victoria at the reception who has been very kind, helpful and professional; and Fabio very kind as well. Very nice stay.
