I booked a 2-night stay. Arrived at 3:15 PM and my room wasn't ready. The receptionist said he’d call me, so I waited in the cafe. By 4:00 PM I checked again—the room was ready, but no one bothered to notify me. On the last night, the toilet broke. In the morning, very early, told the problem to reception and she told me the technician would arrive around 9:00 AM. I asked for a bucket just to flush it with water, but it was never brought to me. At least the breakfast manager was super kind and tried to speed things up while I ate. She even offered to let me use the spa restrooms, but when you pay for a room, you expect privacy in your own bathroom. The technician finally arrived between 9:15 and 9:30 AM. He fixed it, but it broke again 5 minutes later. I took a video to show reception. I ended up leaving the hotel over two hours early because the situation was ridiculous for a hotel of this category. Very, very disappointed.

Service was prompt and our waiter, Nishant, was attentive and pleasant. The food was great after a long day traveling.

In Galway, large clean room with a view of the water. Has spa, gym, pool, bar, restaurants. Big hotel. Parking available for a daily charge. Pricy.
