It's always difficult to tell online when researching hotels if it's a good location, good service, etc. The location is hard to beat as it's right where the action is. The music does seem to go late...

Hats off to your staff 👏 Management please give your staff a pay rise. They're the ones who run your hotel...A smile goes a long way...I will book again next time I'm in Galway...Service and food...
