Castlerosse

Mixed experience! The staff in the restaurant/bar were very efficient and friendly, great service. However, the room I was staying in had rips in the net curtain (one was a large hole) and there were marks in the carpet. I got locked in the room’s bathroom, and damage to the outer lock showed that it had happened multiple times to previous guests. The staff were quick to get it open once notified, but no apology was given/ I wasn’t even asked if I was all right, which was a bit odd. Beautiful location amongst the mountains, with a lovely view from the restaurant.

Our first time at Castlerosse, we stayed 2 nights. Our stay was comfortable, breakfast was very good and we dined in the bar on both nights which was also very good. Friendly staff. We will return

This was our first time staying at the Castlerosse Park Resort and we were not disappointed we really enjoyed our stay, from the moment we arrived in reception to the departure the staff were fantastic ,nothing was too much trouble and the food was delicious.Our room was lovely ,spotless clean with beautiful decor.We walked from the hotel along the greenway and it was really peaceful ,the location was perfect for us as it was away from the hustle and bustle without being to far from the main town centre.The playground was a hit with our toddler as it was his first time on a slide he was delighted.i look forward to using the leisure centre when we return soon.
