Great staff, great food, comfortable beds

Extremely helpful staff. I requested a fan and top sheet in advance and everything was managed to perfection. Location was very central to restaurants and shops. Our only disappointment was the breakfast. Eggs, both fried and scrambled were overcooked/ dried out. Seemed to be a shortage of brown bread. Only end crusts available!

Lovely experience from start to finish. Car parking free in a safe underground carpark, check in smooth and pleasant (Felicity). Room was good (although bathroom was small) and as we were staying during a very warm spell, we were lucky to get a fan (on request). Bar area is small, and a bit dark, but it was fine. The breakfast/dining room is a long light room which was fine in the morning but very warm and dazzling in the evening. Breakfast is buffet style and its a bit of a tight squeeze up at the juice/cereal/toast end but the food itself was lovely and fresh. Our evening meal was very tasty. Check out perfect. The staff are fabulous - without exception. From reception to hospitality to housekeeping - every one was obviously well trained and it showed.
