I wouldn’t recommend Riverwalk Apartments, especially for students.
The electricity bills are extremely high, even when you’re careful with your usage. I raised this issue with reception several times, but nothing changed and the bills remained unusually expensive.
I also spoke with other friends living in Riverwalk, and they reported similar experiences with high electricity costs, so it doesn’t seem to be an isolated issue.
The apartments are poorly insulated as well, making them very cold for much of the year, especially during winter. This can lead to even higher heating costs.
Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would advise students to carefully compare other accommodation options before choosing Riverwalk.

Was a student here for the 25/26 academic year. The place was damp and cold and there was mould growing everywhere. As a college student it cost way to much in the winter months to try heat the place as the electricity was ridiculously expensive and there was no insulation to keep the heat in. my bedroom window let a really bad draught in and when I was sleeping you could feel it. My mattress felt damp and cold the whole time and when I brought my duvet and pillows home they had to be dumped as they smelt musty. They said they would clean the mould in my room and all they did was paint over it. The furniture in my kitchen was all damp and mouldy, if you sat on the couch for to long you’d get up wet from the dampness. Clothes could not be left out of wardrobe otherwise they would be cold damp and mouldy. Noise levels were really loud as the walls were so thin you could here everyone in your apartment I do not recommend one bit

Lived here for 2 semesters.
Disgusting. You'd be better off outside.
Freezing cold temperatures. Mould Growth.
Smelly. Security and safety risks. Constant cold/flu symptoms. Bites on skin from sleeping here. No grouping of women together or grouping by age.
A mushroom grew from my ceiling due to a boiler leak into my room, part of my ceiling then came down with about 30-40 mushrooms with it. Was fixed in a very haphazard way. I was left to clean up the debris of ceiling, asbestos and mushrooms. Was told it was normal for mushrooms to grow inside as we live in Ireland.
The fact the boiler was leaking into my room was kept on the down low.
Stay very far away from this place for the sake of your mental and physical health.
