This hote is not. A luxury experience, if you want value for money STAY AWAY. We waited over 10 minutes to be seated for breakfast, the food itself was mediocre and waited another twenty minutes for coffee and scrambled eggs - and received omlet instead. All the staff was stressed out at breakfast arguing between themselves and costumers waiting for their beverages and food were clearly upset. The pool was shut down at noon for one hour because a guest deficated in the water. During that time no one explained what was happening and how long the pool will be closed. No drinks or icecream offered to guests boiling in the sun. There was a dead bird in the garden around the pool and lots of mud. The pool closes at 19:00 but at 18:30 the staff was already stacking chairs and talking between themselves very loudly, ignoring the fact that guests were still trying to relax. At all hours every floor had at least two cleaning trollies standing in the corridor and at one point my son notes that this doesn't feel like a hotel, it feels more like an apartment building because the staff is all the time hanging around. The price for this experience is ridiculous. We have had much better experiences in much simpler less expensive hotels. Very dissapointing.

Recommended hotel of a level that does not know how to search in the country elsewhere. Cleaning service food activities for children pool room games. The courtesy of the staff is all simple and high level!!!

Perfect hotel for vacation with kids So many attractions I haven’t seen in any hotel (mini golf, basketball, football, tennis, curling, children’s games scattered across the hotel area) Good food, clean rooms. Highly recommended
