Hacienda Forestview

The most disappointing hotel I've ever been to. It started with a hair in the food, and then we were put in the toilet in a used Tissot carton room with stool marks on it. At the Sabbath dinner, we didn't give an option to order lunch because there was no demand for them, even though there were a lot of religious people asking for it and the only meal that was the breakfast that was under any criticism! We felt we had leftovers, and we didn't go. The bamboo is only open on Saturday, not the rest of the week, which is also a huge drawback. In the reception service on the face and really don't want to hear criticism. I'm not going back there and the price isn't worth it and I've been to a lot of hotels.

Asinda in the forest is doing it again! Our beloved hotel also this time keeps the standard of service, cleanliness and experience extremely high. A special thanks to Essil, the spa manager, who leads with an exceptional standard of service!
