Leonardo Hotel Tiberias

Just returned from a fabulous vacation. We were three kids and two adults. We took two interconnecting rooms, which was great. The food was very kid friendly. The pool was lively and a lot of fun. In the evening there was great entertainment for kids. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. It was also great that it was all inclusive.

I arrived with my family from Sunday to Thursday to celebrate a 40th birthday at the hotel. The hotel was probably fully occupied because there was a large crowd of people in all areas of the hotel. The staff is kind and tries very hard to help. Thank you to the managers in the dining room who helped me with every request, and to Noa at the reception who gave us 3 rooms with a view of the pool and the Sea of Galilee. She is wonderful. The lifeguards in the pool do their job, but there is a way to speak to guests. A relative of mine arrived with an inflatable mattress, and when I tried to help put the mattress in the pool, the lifeguard yelled at me with a terrible scream. There is a way to speak to guests who are enjoying their stay. I didn't come to the hotel for a lifeguard with rude behavior to yell at me. As soon as he said it was forbidden, we stopped using the mattress, but there is a way to be polite and talk to people. Part of the vacation was ruined also due to a large crowd of guests and elevators that didn't arrive after a long wait, and also because there are guests in the hotel who think the chairs in the pool are chairs they bought themselves. In the pool, the chairs were taken every morning, and every time I had to drag a small and uncomfortable chair to sit on. The pool is overcrowded, and this poses a danger to the guests. And more, in the dining room, there was a lack of cups at every meal on the table. Sometimes I had to look for clean cups and ask the staff. This is the job of the employees, not the guests. Regarding room cleanliness - the cleaning was done in the rooms, but the cleaners knocked on the door at nine in the morning and even before. I don't think it is appropriate to disturb a guest who hasn't woken up or gotten ready yet. On the day of departure, I had to leave very early at seven in the morning. I wanted to hand over the room cards, but there was no one at the reception. I waited 10 minutes and gave the room cards to my relatives because there was no representative at the reception, and other staff told me they would arrive in another 10 minutes. There must be staff at the reception in a hotel, especially in the morning. This is not acceptable.

The hotel is blown up with kids screaming and screaming, the whole night crying and knocking on doors, the hotel smells, the smell of feces and vomiting and crackiness everywhere, not clean, disgusting to eat.
