Ramot Resort Hotel

Although we promised a garden room we didn't get.

We booked the simplest room the so-called deluxe which was far nicer than I thought.. lovely decor ..fabulous bathroom with high quality shampoos etc.. all the staff was super friendly and helpful.. the breakfast was as lavish as any five star hotel... All in all a really nice experience for a very reasonable price.. great location also for exploring the Golan and Galil

From the moment we arrived at Ramot Resort we realized that we were in a special place. We were already received at the reception with a big smile, kindness and patience for every question really service that feels that you do not try to “finish a turn”, but really want the guest to feel good. The room we closed The View Point with a private heated pool was just another level. Open views of the Golan Mountains and the Canyon, complete privacy, and hot water in the pool at a precise temperature, so we could enjoy it both in the morning and at night. During the stay we took a single massage in the spa and must note that it was one of the most professional and calm massage we experienced. The therapist was professional, sensitive, explained everything with taste, and the atmosphere in the spa is quiet and pleasant at a level that quickly enters a mode of freedom and relaxation. The dining room was also above the expectation of fresh food, variety and aesthetic appearance, and the staff kept turning around making sure everything was full, clean and no one was looking for nothing. Whether it was at the reception, at the spa, or in the dining room, the entire staff had a genuine desire to give a good experience. There is a perfect balance between high standards and humanity, and this is something you don’t see everywhere. At the bottom, Ramot Resort is suitable for those seeking a combination of relaxation, tranquility, professionalism and a high level of hospitality. We, Sharon and Omarie, went out with a big smile and a really good memory and we will definitely come back again.
