I would like to express my disappointment with the treatment we received today at the entrance to the hotel. We got to the hotel because our friends were staying there, and my daughter had an important competition. All we asked was to let her go into the friends' room for a few minutes, so that the mother of one of the participants could make her a fast for the competition. Unfortunately, instead of showing a little flexibility and understanding of the situation, some of the hotel staff made the matter complex and unnecessary. Although it was a simple request, limited in time, and without any intention to use the hotel facilities or stay there, the treatment we received was rigid and insensitive. The situation even caused one of the girls to start crying out of stress and frustration, something that could be completely prevented with a little consideration and judgment. Hotel guests and people who were there looked at what was going on and didn't understand why such a big deal was made from such a simple request. I definitely understand that a hotel has procedures, and I don't expect them to be ignored. However, good service is also measured by the ability to exercise discretion, understand the human situation, and find a reasonable solution when it comes to a child before an important competition. I hope that in the future the hotel staff will show more sensitivity, empathy and flexibility in similar cases, to avoid unnecessary distress for guests and visitors.

I'm very pleased with this hotel. The service is excellent, and there's a cleaner named Anas who is very professional and friendly. The hotel is wonderful, and I enjoy the room cleaning service. Anas is a very nice person.
