Astral Marina Hotel

Big disappointment – we left in the middle! We arrived at the hotel with high expectations because of the ratings on the net, but the reality was completely broken. The service experience was under any criticism from the first moment, including the complete lack of parking. The room we got was just a joke – small, crispy and crowded, with a broken air conditioner that didn’t cool at all and a badly dirty bathroom. The nightmare was so big that we had to pack things and left the hotel in the middle of the stay.

If you’re planning to book a place here, think twice that the apparently positive reviews have nothing to do with what’s actually going on there. It all started with total helplessness in the parking lot – just not enough seats available. When we entered the room, we found a small, smelly space, the air conditioner just didn't work, and even the TV barely recorded individual channels. The rest of the hotel facilities were also disappointing: the breakfast offered a very narrow selection of salads, and in the pool area there was loud music, as if we arrived at a party rather than a hotel. We came to a situation where we asked for a conversation with the hotel CEO, but unfortunately it felt like a complete waste of time – zero listening, no understanding of him in any way, and no desire to come to us or help. Needless to say we couldn’t stay there in this situation; we packed our bags and left the hotel in the middle of the stay.

A small hotel close to pastoral ground , clean , excellent service ! From security to waiters and cookers in the dining room . It 's a cute toy that also fits the grown-ups in the group who love computer games . Hotel location is perfect. Improved to add more TV channels in addition to a scratch picture.
